Q: How do I cleanse my unit?
Wash your unit with warm water a few times monthly. In between styles you may only need a refresh which can be a thorough rinse or conditioning treatment. Hydration is important for maintaining the ends of the hair.
Q: How do I style my unit?
Detangle hair from tip to root in sections with wide tooth comb or wide brush. You may air dry or use the cool setting on the blow dryer. Do not exceed 360 degrees when using heat style tools on your unit. Units can also be styled with various non heat tools (bendy rollers, braids, etc.).
Q: How do I store my unit?
Store the unit in the silk bag when not in use.
Q: How do I sleep with my unit?
It is not recommended that you sleep in your unit. If you do, ensure to securely style it overnight. For example, a curled unit should be placed in rollers, rods or clips, while a wavy unit be put into individual braids, then protected with a bonnet.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow up to 12 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. You will receive tracking details once your package is on its way to you. In the event of a delay, you will be notified via email.
